Since 2014, Speakcheesy has gone from a humble street-side pop-up slinging late-night melts to a culinary experience on wheels (and beyond). Led by Chef Hill and her partner Benjamin, we’ve grown into:

• A 40-foot cheese bus rolling through Georgia like the rockstar of grilled cheese.

• A thriving wholesale biz supplying cheesy goodness to local spots.

• Daily school catering (yeah, even the kids are living the cheese dream).

• A traveling boutique food trailer available for bookings and coming to a town near you.

• A hole in the wall ghost kitchen lunch spot nestled in Candler Park for that neighborhood flair.
